- CCMHB-BA hub expansion box provides additional slots for up to eight fiber optic
connections. Two standard length single-mode fiber optic cables are available from Compaq (BN34R-10 and BN34R-31); however, users normally provide
this fiber optic connection. Fiber optic connectivity is completely transparent to the
systems using it and has no performance impact.

Tru64 UNIX V5.1 must upgrade their processors to EV68 833 MHz when configured with
DS-KZPCC-AC/CE RAID controllers.
- EV68 833 MHz processors can be configured
with DS-KZPCC-AC/CE RAID controllers running Tru64 UNIX V5.1 only.
- EV6 500 MHz and EV67 667 MHz processors can be configured
with DS-KZPCC-AC/CE RAID controllers running Tru64 UNIX V4.0F only.
Note: Support for DS-KZPCC-AC/CE RAID controllers with
BA610-6D disk drive cages is planned for Q301. |
