AlphaStation 255
The AlphaStation 255/233 system uses the Alpha 21064A microprocessor running at 233 MHz with performance measuring 4.27 SPECint95 and 5.09 SPECfp95.

The AlphaStation 255/300 system uses the Alpha 21064A microprocessor, but at a higher speed of 300 MHz and with performance measuring 4.23 SPECint95 and 5.81 SPECfp95.
