KZPCC storage controller photo   The KZPCC-CE backplane RAID controller (DS-KZPCC-CE) is a high-performance 3-channel, 64 bit PCI to Ultra2/LVD SCSI backplane RAID controller with 64 MB cache and battery backup.

  • AlphaStation XP1000
AlphaServer ES40, ES45 and DS20E systems with BA610-6D internal disk cages shipped before October 2001 are populated with Nile logic cards (part number 3X-A1629-AA/010615-001) marked revision "0A", which will not properly support internal RAID using DS-KZPCC-CE/-AC controllers. If you try to upgrade any of these systems to include internal RAID, you must replace the Nile logic cards with those identified by the Nile card revision label marked "0B" or later.

  • V4.0F with required New Hardware Delivery-3 Kit or later
